Initial Impressions guarantees product quality. However, these are custom products so please make sure spelling and dates for embroidery are correct. We offer a 30 day guarantee on workmanship. We work very hard to keep shipping prices affordable. Shipping prices are based on average sizes and weights of our products. Please allow 10 days to 2 weeks for standard delivery. Rush shipping is available. Choose Rush 3-Day Delivery or Overnight Delivery when placing your order. All monogrammed and custom embroidered products are individually crafted upon order. |
