Initial Impressions guarantees product quality. However, these are custom personalized products so please make sure spelling and dates for embroidery, and other details such as item color and thread color choices are correct. Any return requires prior authorization and is subject to a 20-50% restocking fee unless there is an error in embroidery

We work very hard to keep shipping prices affordable. Shipping prices are based on average sizes and weights of our products.
When shipped by priority mail, you will receive an email with the tracking information. The package is deemed delivered when it is confirmed as delivered by the postal service. I cannot be responsible for the security of your mailbox. Orders canceled may be subject to a restocking fee
If you wish to return your personalized item, please contact for a Return Authorization (RA). Items returned without RA may not be accepted and at a minimum will incur a restocking fee which involves my labor of removing the personalization from the item if removing the personalization is possible.
Please allow 10 days to 2 weeks for standard delivery. We work hard to get holiday orders to you. International delivery times are beyond my control and no guarantee is given as to when your international item will be delivered.
